The Cake Vest
The Cake Vest is a once-off cropped brushed mohair piece, made in celebration of the 1 year anniversary of Mar-Knitwear
Body Length: 53cm
Chest (Armpit to Armpit): 46cm
Pink: 67% Super kid mohair, 3% merino, 30% Polyamide
Other Colours: 50% Kid Mohair, 50% Polymide
Yes these care instructions are extensive but they'll insure your garment lasts a lifetime!
1. Fill a basin with warm water, adding a small amount of gentle detergent.
2. Turn your garment inside out and submerge it.
3. Gently squeeze your garment a few times and do not wring!
*Extra Step: Lay your garment flat on a towel and roll the towel into a swiss roll shape. Let it sit for 30 minutes to remove excess water.*
4. Dry the garment flat to avoid any stretching.
5. Steam the garment at a distance to remove any wrinkles. Avoid press ironing on high heat, this may cause fibre damage.
6. As this piece is made of brushed mohair, I would recommend a regular brush with a soft bristle brush to keep the piece looking neat
